You will not find this level of in-house manufacturing and custom core selection elsewhere in the UK. This fully uprated aluminium turbo intercooler is engineered to deliver dramatically improved charge-air cooling compared to the original factory unit. We have doubled the core thickness from the original 30mm to a heavy-duty 60mm core for a massive increase in cooling capacity.

Featuring 20 multi-gallery extruded tubes (far more than typical aftermarket options), this intercooler offers superior heat dissipation and sustained performance under load. Uprated Core Thickness: 60mm (double thickness upgrade). Full aluminium construction for maximum thermal efficiency. 60mm thick high-capacity core (double the OEM thickness). 20 multi-gallery extruded tubes (significantly more than standard alternatives).
