2001 51 Land Rover Discovery 2 Td5 Automatic 4x4 Green Lane Off Road

  
Sadly due to a change of job im parting with my land rover discovery 2 td5 auto. A full service, including both oil filters, air filter, fuel filter and engine oil. Gearbox oil filter and oil. 4x spotlights on light bar. Small light bar on front bumper.

Generally a nice tidy example of a td5 that's not been made undriveable with massive lift and tyres, it has 4 good all terrain tyres and is still on air suspension at the rear which all works well and can be lifted when needs to be. It has full electric heated leather seats in the front and leather in the rear.

It has a lot of old receipts and history with it, proving that it has been well looked after, including a gearbox rebuild a few years ago. The chassis is really good and not rusted out like most, and has been undersealed on the rear half. Its done just under 165k miles, and has mot til 14th of june 2020. It was originally a 7 seater but boot seats have been removed to put a storage box in and the shelf above which I used to keep all my recovery gear and tools on/in. The shelf has been covered with carpet now.

Bad points are as follows. Engines oily - although it doesn't use any oil - typical land rover.

Has a few dings and scratches to be expected for its age and the bonnet has a slight bend in it but its never bothered me as it can hardly be noticed. Sometimes the speedo will take a minute or 2 to start working. Did notice a small hole in the sill when underneath it the other day so will likely need a patch.
