Land Rover Discovery 2 Td5 Off Roader

  

After 4yrs of ownership it's time to sell my off road ready, 164,052 mile, 5str Disco due to an other project. Its seen little work in my ownership I think I've covered 3000 miles in it at most, I've never had it off road and it just seems a waste to have it sitting about when someone could be using for its purpose. Its moted till the 06/06/20 but that will be extended up until September with the regulations brought out by the Government in the last week. And I have the v5 in my name too. Parts fitted: 2inch lift, terriferma shocks dampers 285/16 tyres all round including spare that's never been used.

Masses of tread left on but does have small cuts from previous off reading it's never been a problem holds air fine. Extended wheel Carrier for spare Heavy duty winch bumper, has had a few knocks but solid Engine has had two services in the 3000 miles. One by myself and one by a landrover specialist. Land rover specialist replaced the following; viscous fan, viscous hub, tensioner pulley, belt, crankshaft pulley, crankshaft seal.

New caliper on the rear and new pads discs Polybushed watts linkage New Brake light switch Windscreens 3yr old Front and rear diff oil replaced and proper metal drain/ fill plugs added. Water pump and thermostat changed Air bleed valve and fuel filter replaced Previous ace system removed fully and standard set up put in place. Ace light still on dash but doesn't effect driving/ mots. Needs computer to turn off In the cabin there is a CB radio, just needs aerial. Bluetooth stereo and I'm throwing an additional two front seats.

As you can see theres been plenty done to it but there are some downsides. The biggest being the condition of the paint work the rough life its led before my ownership shows. The rear sill needs a bit of work too see pic. Passenger door is a bit sticky.
