Terrafirma Factory Racing - 4in travel Hydraulic Bump Stop. Mono tube high pressure adjustable nitrogen filled with a 32mm shaft, 46mm piston and a 52mm body. Note: these do not come with weld-on clamp style mounting cans.

As the main damper nears the end of the suspension travel on full compression, a properly installed hydraulic bump stop will absorb and dissipate the harshness of a damper bottoming out - saving not only damage to the main damper but also reduced fatigue on the actual truck (and passengers). By adjusting the oil level, internal shim stack and nitrogen gas pressure the bump stop can be tuned for different track conditions on both the compression and rebound stroke. These units are fully rebuildable and tuneable using off the shelf parts that we carry in stock - spare nylon wear pads, schrader valves, o-rings etc so you can carry out field repairs during a race event.
