Hi all and thanks for taking the time to look at my ad. Here is my trusty old Landy Dave - I've owned him three times now over the last six or seven years, maybe longer (long story that I'll spare you). Bought originally in great condition and modified (and used) by myself over the last few years.

We only do gentle green laning and overlanding so it hasn't been abused with all that pay and play stuff. This could be a long, rambling ad so I'll try and keep to the bits that you might be interested in - here goes. 2004 2.7 v6 turbo diesel 6 speed manual with about 146k on him (I forgot to look). I bought it with just north of 100k on the clock, having just had the belts replaced and a major service. It has been serviced each year with its MOT and had anything it needed when it needed it since I've had it. I'm not one for keeping paperwork sadly so you'll have to come take a look for yourself. There is quite a wad of bits and pieces somewhere. In my ownership(s) it had a new clutch and flywheel around 5-10k ago, new rear drive shafts, recent-ish front arms, my mechanic replaced something on the front this MOT time (I don't know what you call it so I've added a picture), handbrake module replaced and working perfectly, discs and pads replaced all round quite recently. Snorkel - fully plumbed in, rock sliders, full underbelly skid plate, hidden winch tray, 13000lb winch with wire and two remotes, straight through stainless centre exhaust, 9" spotlights, D4 grille, custom badgework (another long story), EGR delete, 2" spring conversion/lift with proper module, 30 mm hub centric spacers, full black leather seats (all 7) from a D4, Tuffrok 12v power bank, integrated CB radio, 275/70/18s fitted on alloys (with matching spare), light guards, de-tangoed and uprated front lights. There's probably loads I've forgot, I'll add stuff as I think of it. It's been enjoyed for what it is over the last few years as the photos show - we've just got back from a weekend laning/camping over in Wales. I thought you may as well see it in all it's glory.

The drivers side doors have been painted at some point prior to my ownership, not a bad job but you can definitely tell if you look close enough. They're scratched up anyway (as are most of the panels) but there are no major dents or scrapes. The front wheels catch the arches a bit on full lock (I bought the wrong size tyres). Again, there's probably stuff I've forgotten so I'll add if necessary. In summary, it's been a great truck and will see someone right in the years to come.

Underneath is quite solid, nothing really to report by all accounts but please do your own checks (I'm no mechanic). It runs, drives and stops very well. In fact, I had it remapped many years ago and is/was running around 230 bhp so doesn't hang around for a big old bus. It doesn't drop any oil or fluids either - which is apparently quite rare. Tyres are all matching with decent tread. I'd still be happy to jump in and go anywhere with great confidence - although the MPGs have suffered a little with the bigger tyres etc. I've decided to move it on so I can finish my campervan build and get that on the road in time to enjoy the great British summer this year.

I've promised to take the missus up to Scotland and have a crack at the NC500. I'll be sad to see it go but I'd rather see it used and enjoyed, rather than parked up at the back of my unit and forgotten about. Please get in touch if you have any questions and I'll be more than happy to get the kettle on if you want to come over for a look around and a chat.

It's currently taxed, tested and ready to go. Check out my feedback etc, I'd like to think I'm a fairly decent bloke - so please be assured this is a genuine, honest sale - and please, no scammers / times wasters or part exchanges. I've taken the advice of my local garage/mechanic regards the price so it is what it is. It definitely owes me a lot more than that sadly - so grab a bargain as they say. I'd prefer that you come and take a look around before making any offers - it is a twenty year old Landy after all and everyone has different ideas and expectations I suppose.

I have advertised it locally and on other media platforms. First edit - having thought about it - there's also a full set of extra alloys with decent 275/65/18 road tyres that will go with it too, for when you're not out playing. The alloys are BMW 162s with matching Cooper tyres if I remember correctly. Second edit - Yes, all 7 seats are there, present and correct. They were from a D4 commercial that someone was breaking near me.

All black leather and in pretty good nick. We've used this truck for family days out and airport runs etc over the years, I know it looks a bit of a state in the photos (last minute decision to list), but it really does clean up to be quite smart and presentable - not to mention comfortable and spacious. Some very clever design ideas from LR in there.
